Coursepad for campuses

Give every student a planner they'll actually keep.

Disorganization is one of the quietest reasons students fall behind, and most school-issued planners are abandoned within weeks. Coursepad is the one students keep on their Home Screen, set up for your campus from day one.

Why it matters

The problem every campus already knows

36%
of students name time management a top barrier to finishing their degree.
38%
want a schedule-management tool built right into their campus app.
1 in 6
first-year students don't return for a second year.
$21K
lost, on average, for every four-year student who drops out.
Industry estimate, National Student Clearinghouse data

Students are asking for exactly what Coursepad does. We make it effortless to put it in their hands.

Adoption, not mandates

Students keep the apps they actually choose

A planner only helps if students open it. Coursepad earns a spot on the Home Screen because it handles how courses really run: rotating A/B and block schedules, online, hybrid, and asynchronous classes, lecture plus lab, exams, and a live GPA.

In a partnership, your students open it and the term is already there. No blank screen, no first-week setup, no reason to give up by week three.

What your campus gets

Built for the people who run a campus

Real adoption

The app students would choose on their own, so it gets used instead of sitting unopened like a district-issued tool.

Organized on day one

Your academic calendar, rotations, breaks, and finals are preloaded, so students start ahead instead of staring at a blank screen.

Fits how your campus runs

A/B and block rotations, your bell schedule and period times, and every course format your catalog actually uses.

Fair, flexible pricing

Sized to your school, not a per-seat enterprise license designed to grow your bill every year.

Students own their data

Each student's data is scoped to their own account. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.

A direct line

Email a real person on the team and get a real reply. Requests turn into real updates in weeks, not next year.

The cheapest enrollment you'll ever buy
Retention is cheaper than recruitment. When every four-year student who leaves costs about $21,000, helping more of them stay organized and on track is one of the lowest-cost levers you have.

It starts with a tool students will actually use. That is the entire point of Coursepad.

Need something specific to your school? Tell us. Tailoring is part of the partnership, not an upsell.

How it works

Three steps to a campus that's organized

1

Talk

Tell us about your campus: terms, rotation, course formats, and how many students. We'll show you exactly what it would look like.

2

Tailor

We preload your calendar and schedules, apply your branding, and set up anything specific to your school.

3

Roll out

Students download Coursepad and open straight into their real schedule, with onboarding and support behind them.

Common questions

For the people signing off

How is it priced?

Per partner, sized to your school, not a per-seat license that grows with your roster. We work out a fair flat arrangement and Coursepad Pro sync is included for your students.

Which devices does it support?

Coursepad is a native Apple app: iPhone, iPad, and Mac. If broad device coverage is a requirement for your campus, tell us up front and we'll be straight with you about fit.

How is student data handled?

Each student's data is scoped to their own account with row-level security. We never sell it and never use it for advertising. Free use is fully on-device; synced data is encrypted in transit.

How much work is rollout for our staff?

Minimal. We do the setup: your calendar, rotations, schedule templates, and branding are preloaded before students ever open the app. You get onboarding guides and a direct line for support.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We're partnering with a small number of campuses as Coursepad launches, and a pilot with one program or cohort is the usual way to begin.
